Bob and Geri go above and beyond as realtors. While the closing of my house took longer than expected because of hurricane Ian.
Bob was excellent navigating through all the insurance issues not only on the minimal repairs needed on my home, but also stepped up to assist my buyers with all the intricacies they experienced due to insurance companies not writing new policies for a period of time which caused delays. 
My buyers agent faced difficulties due to hurricane Ian with her own home. Bob, generously assisted the agent and my buyers making the sale of my home as smooth as possible under the circumstances. 
I’m in the process of purchasing a home on the Northeast side of Florida and Bob and Geri traveled the 4.5 hours up to show me homes.

Great personalized service and help

Geri and Bob went out of their way to help our family several times. They sold my grandparents home, helped my aunt buy a condo 15 years ago and then helped us this fall through all the steps of getting the condo ready for sale and ultimately sold it in a week. I can't say enough good things about them- great people!

I requested information on selling my home a few time in 2 or 3 years. They gave me the information I requested, but did not pester me when I decided to put off any decision. When I did decide to sell my home they gave me their professional suggestions on different aspects of the sell, and were helpful in every way possible, but never being pushy. I mainly worked with Geri, but the few times Bob helped it was with equal appropriateness. Thank you to the Quinn's and to anyone who is looking for an agent to work with, you will be in excellent hands if you chose Geri and Bob!

Geri went out of her way to insure a smooth sales process, in spite of very trying circumstances due to a major hurricane. Her local knowledge and contacts helped realize the closing less than two weeks after Irma, as some vital repairs were done in record time! I would not hesitate to work with her again.

Geri was very profesional and efficient in all transactions to sale our house. It was not so easy due to Irma hurricane. She managed very well the problems pre and post hurricane. Absolutely great experience with her. We can recomend her. Nice person. Thanks Geri.

We connected with Geri about a year before we moved to Southwest Florida. She knew almost immediately what we were looking for and steered us in the right direction, even though it was not certain we would be moving to the area. In the course of that week, she found us the ideal home in the ideal location (although we didn't realize it right away)!
